In 2005, MICRO-WELD TECHNOLOGIES added a tooling division to broaden our capabilities, and to assist customers in need of decreasing downtime, quality assurance, and shorter lead-times. QUALITY REBUILDING/REVISIONS

With the addition of a OKK high speed machining center, MICRO-WELD TECHNOLOGIES is can achieve the most challenging 3-D milling operations. Instead of time consuming EDM operations, it is now possible to mill deep features with very small cutters.

The following die cast inserts were rebuilt, with some of the standing features measuring over 1.100” tall and .100” between ribs.

The following gate openings were rebuilt on a multi-cavity seal mold.
